Our competitors produce inferior designs using pressed metal pins and abstract hole designs that cause fatigue and cause deformity in the pins over time leading to beams ‘sticking’ in their frames. SPACERACK pins are solid round steel that distributes the weight of the beam evenly throughout the frame and will be as easy to remove the 100th time as it was the first.

SPACERACK uses a standard keyhole design that ensures compatibility with all previous SPACERACK racking systems.

Combining the design of our keyhole with the engineering ingenuity of our safety clips ensures that once a SPACERACK beam is placed in its frame it will stay rigid and securely nestled yet easily removed to adjust as needed.

A Beam Above the Rest

SPACERACK manufactures our beams using high-grade rectangular hollow section (RHS) tube to allow absolute structural integrity in every use, unlike our competitors who use inferior roll-formed coil steel sections. Beams manufactured by SPACERACK are fully enclosed with a tough powdercoated finish ensuring there is nowhere for rust to manifest and ensure the structural integrity of your racking system.

Other companies have moved to using “I-Beam” and “C-Channel Beam” designs for their racking but these types of beams are far more prone to damage as they roll around their axis and essentially twisting the beam.
