Do you have accurate and up to date signage?

It is important to ensure that your safety signage accurately reflects your current racking system.

Determining The Safety Of Your Racking System

Pallet Racking usually sits in a busy and potentially hazardous environment. You have many safety responsibilities under the new Australian Standards. Regular scheduled inspections are required to make sure your pallet racking is safe and conforms to the new Australian Standards and local OH & S requirements.

Annual audits and inspections are extremely important to ensuring that your racking is safe and in a good working condition. SPACERACK’s professional team of auditors are able to conduct racking safety inspections that ask important questions to ensure that no hazard is overlooked. We then grade the severity of the damage and classify it with a coloured labeling system.

Red

Very serious damage that should be attended to immediately.

Orange

Hazardous damage that requires repair as soon as possible.

Green

Acceptable damage that doesn’t need immediate attention but should be frequently monitored.

Asking The Important Questions

SPACERACK’s team of professional auditors ask important questions to ensure that no hazards are overlooked.
